At 7:45PM       Continuation of the public hearing to consider adoption of the proposed new Zoning and Land Use Code.  
Continuing June 7, 2016 at 8:15 PM

Passed: Conduct a public hearing on whether an order, pursuant to Town Code §145-4(C), should be issued that would require the owner of property at 7 Ayre Drive to remedy NYS Building Code violations resulting from a fire.  

Agenda

1.      Approved allowing the auction of seized property by Auctions International per the recommendation of the Chief of Police.

2.      Authorized the Supervisor to sign a three-year contract with Physio-Control, Inc. for servicing of LifePak 15 monitors per the recommendation of the Department of Emergency Services.

3.      Authorized the Supervisor to sign a contract with Technical Building Services, Inc. for 2016-2017 for heating and cooling preventive maintenance service per the recommendation of the Supervisor of Building Maintenance.  

4.      Authorized the Supervisor to sign a professional services contract with Adirondack Mountain Engineering, P.C. for preparing specifications and bid package for the installation of a pressure valve pit on McKown Road per the recommendation of the Department of Water & Wastewater Management.

5.      Authorized the Supervisor to sign a collector’s warrant for the Guilderland Water District per the recommendation of the Receiver of Taxes.

6.      Approved transfers per the recommendation of Comptroller:

7.      Approved scheduling a public hearing for June 7, 2016 at 7:30PM for the establishment of Guilderland Water District No. 83 per the recommendation of water district counsel.

8.      Approved scheduling a public hearing for June 7, 2016 at 7:45PM to consider amendments to Local Law No. 2 of 2015 (“Vacant and Abandoned Properties”).

9.      Approved establishing a “Zoning and Development Advisory Committee” as a successor to the “Zoning Review Committee.”

10.     Schedule review of the following policies for the May 17th meeting:

        A.      Credit Card Use Policy;
        B.      Purchasing Policy; and
        C.      Parks Rules and Regulations.

11.    Authorized the Highway Department to purchase a used paver from Milton Caterpillar and approve the transfer of $114,900.00 from Highway Fund Balance to the Line DB5130.2 (“Capital Outlay”) for this purchase per the recommendation of the Superintendent of Highway.
